Description

One for the Road has been commissioned by the International Trombone Association.

It is a four movement piece for which are arranged in two choirs. The piece describes four different flavours of famous beers in Belgium.

The movements are:

– Leffe
– Duvel
– Blonde
– Tripel

There is no fixed order of the movements, the order in which they are tasted is entirely up to the performers but a suggested order would be: Leffe – Duvel – Blonde – Tripel.

The original setting for 12 trombones is available at Warwick Music.
